Women’s Health and Weight Control Over 40
“We must be mindful and think holistic in our daily living, about our actions affecting our wellbeing.”
As we age our bodies change, our glands become stagnated, our energy levels drain earlier than before and our hormones fall out of balance. If we continue living the same lifestyle in our 30s into our 40s and 50s without compensating for the fluctuation, we will begin falling behind. If there is a period of time when our hormones are in a state of balance we can consider it our prime condition. This happens when estrogen is in balance with progesterone, thyroid hormones are in balance with the cortisol produced by our adrenals, our sleep wake cycle is in bliss, our gastrointestinal tract is pain free and healthy, and the digestion of most foods happens without weight gain. Life is good.
Then one day you wake up thinking how did you end up like this, what happened? Many women over 40 have joint pains—believing it to be arthritic—and weight gain, or trying to lose stubborn belly fat, while their hormone levels all over the board. It would be nice to be able to plug ourselves in to get a daily report detailing the bodies needs e.g. “salt levels to low, you are slightly dehydrated, electrolytes need replenishing, your blood pressure is getting too high, you are packing too much gas, ease up on fast food.” It may happen one day with AI but not at the moment, we must be mindful and think holistic in our daily living, about our actions affecting our wellbeing.
One of the things you can do is to help your hormone levels; they need to be supported during perimenopause and going into menopause to maintain balance between estrogen and progesterone, to better control the changes in the menstrual cycle. Today women are starting their perimenopause earlier, sometimes in their mid-twenties but this is not normal, it should start in your early 40s. It should not be a painful experience either, as it can last for several years before menopause occurs. This has happened partly due to the side-effects of the COVID jab, for many women it has really messed up their hormones. To help offset symptoms during perimenopause, such as irregular, painful or heavy periods, hot flashes, mood swings, achiness and fatigue, two products are helpful: Progest Liposome Cream and fortified Boron. And, of course, CLAW Therapy is important too to get the junk out of the body since it is very hard to remove without some chelating agents.
The many positive effects of soy, pomegranate and boron
Doctor’s Choice Progest Liposome Cream works with the body for hormone balance and improved health, it is designed not to spike estrogen levels, the liposome transdermal delivery bypasses digestion for quick absorption. It contains non-GMO soy isoflavones—according to various clinical trials in both Canada and the United States, soy was found to be effective for improving strength either alone or with exercise, and it also lowered LDL-cholesterol while also reducing adverse menopausal symptoms, such as breast tenderness, decreased concentration, depression, fatigue, hot flashes, insomnia, numbness, vaginal dryness and itching, night sweats, subjective weight gain, migraines, anxiety, irritability, and changes in bleeding patterns—and pomegranate, which contains phytoestrogens, which are commonly used in natural therapies to balance estrogen levels; pomegranate extract has shown an ability to support bone mass.
This is crucial because “[f]or countless women, the word “menopause” is associated with the phrase “low estrogen.” This is the narrative many have been told, the explanation offered when hot flashes strike, sleep becomes elusive or moods swing unpredictably. (…) But what if this long-accepted understanding of menopause isn’t the complete picture? Research is increasingly questioning the singular focus on estrogen deficiency, suggesting instead a more nuanced reality. Studies indicate that estrogen levels in menopausal women aren’t plummeting across the board. In fact, levels are often surprisingly high in certain tissues, even as circulating blood levels suggest otherwise.”[1] This is why balancing hormones naturally could be more beneficial than using methods of conventional medicine, such as the hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Boron has proven to be an effective treatment for arthritis, showing significant improvement in over 95% of cases by enhancing calcium integration into cartilage and bones. As individuals age, boron helps prevent bone weakening and porosity by maximizing and utilizing calcium effectively. It also reduces the severity of rheumatoid arthritis, addressing allergic and inflammatory conditions associated with the condition. This is extremely important because “[c]hronic stress triggers the release of cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone. Elevated cortisol levels can lead to increased inflammation, exacerbating conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and accelerating joint deterioration and pain. (…) This continuous muscle tension can result in stiffness, reduced flexibility, and added pressure on your joints, potentially leading to joint misalignment and increasing the risk of injury or degenerative conditions.”[2]
Boron can also improve estrogen production in menopausal women, restoring their sex drive and reducing the need for hormone replacement therapy. It also aids in preventing post-menopausal osteoporosis, eases symptoms such as hot flashes, and supports proper cell membrane function. Additionally, boron has potential applications in cancer therapy, serving as a neutron capture agent and enzyme inhibitor. In our age, when most of our diet is linked to cancer, this could be extremely important. A recent study showed exactly that: a relationship between cancer and methylglyoxal (MGO). “MGO is a metabolite of glucose—a byproduct made when our cells break down sugar, mainly glucose and fructose, to create energy. MGO is capable of temporarily destroying the BRCA2 protein, leading to lower levels of the protein in the cells and thus inhibiting its ability to prevent tumor formation. The more sugar your body needs to break down, the higher the levels of this chemical, and the higher your risk of developing malignant tumors.”[3]
Naturally, making healthy dietary choices for reducing cancer risk is key, with “the importance of real food and healthy macronutrients with a low-carb intake for the health of our cells. The mitochondria is the most important signaling molecule and energy-producing organelle that we have in our body. [Eat] lots of vegetables, healthy proteins, and healthy fats, fish, eggs, yogurt. Lots of green, above-ground vegetables, some fruits, everything that is naturally grown and is not processed.”[4]
Weight Loss Protocol – Minimum Days

First thing in the morning, before eating, squeeze one lemon in one cup of water—this will reset your gut PH balance and will begin to change favourably your digestion and absorption, take with Thyrodine and Laktokhan. Drink water throughout the day, minimum of two liters per day, must flush the system from toxins.
Weight loss programs work temporarily for a few weeks until the body compensates when daily caloric intake is lessened and adjusts itself accordingly in a survival mode. As we mentioned earlier, the best way to achieve weight loss is by making important daily changes regarding the amount of sugars in the diet, including carbohydrates which convert into sugars after digestion. The form of salt used is also important (the best is derived from the sea or one known as Real Salt), as well as the form of saturated fats—margarine may have less calories but it is not healthily and can not be absorbed like natural butter, yes, they have been lying. Read labels looking for hidden fats from high omega 6 seed oil, they should be balanced with higher amounts of omega 3. Be vigilant for hidden sugars as these are the trigger points that lead to weight gain and obesity. Sodium levels in packaged food are usually also too high, and with the wrong form of sodium. The best diet is the combination of high protein and low simple carbs and the elimination of sugar and toxic seed oils and fast food. Free range eggs is a perfect protein, they are completely safe to eat 6 to 8 per week—they do not raise cholesterol, that was just the lies they told us to sell statin drugs to lower the cholesterol that did not need lowering.
You need to remember that metabolism does not function the same as when in adolescence; from 20 years plus the system slows down considerably, when approaching the 30s even our enzymes are not produced in the same manner, and as each new decade approaches, the weight seems to stick and is harder to remove.
