Aging can be a wonderful blessing. Plan on healthy aging by being proactive and preventative! When you are the only benefactor, a healthy lifestyle is the best life insurance policy that you can ever contribute to. Isn’t it time you start contributing now?

Last week we opened the topic of healthy aging, and were talking about the possibilities of controlling the aging process and how glandular therapy can be beneficial thanks to its complexion. In this week’s newsletter we move from our thymus gland to another part of our endocrine system, the pituitary gland while also discussing the question of skin aging and some general tips that you can incorporate into your everyday life, making it healthier while possibly slowing down the aging process.

The Pituitary Gland and HGH+

About the size of a pea, the pituitary gland is often called the master gland because it controls several other hormone glands in your body—including the thyroid and adrenals, the ovaries and testicles—to regulate their function and maintain a balanced environment. It secretes a variety of hormones into the bloodstream which act as messengers to transmit information from the pituitary gland to distant cells, regulating their activity.

This command center for hormone regulation is responsible for growth hormone (GH) production. Growth hormone acts on many parts of the body to promote growth in children. In adults, it helps to maintain normal body structure and metabolism, including helping to keep blood glucose levels within set levels. With age, GH production slows, leading to the common signs of aging. This is where Homeopatic HGH+ could step in: it helps lessen the advancement of aging and reach endocrine balance in a safe and natural way. The noted benefits include:

  • restored hair color and growth,
  • improved skin tone and texture (helps with disappearance of wrinkles),
  • regaining bone tissue (increased bone density and reduced osteoporosis),
  • increasing energy and significantly reducing body fat, improved muscular strength, endurance and body flexibility,
  • greater immune response,
  • improved libido and sexual performance,
  • better cardiac function, cholesterol profiles and lower blood pressure,
  • improved mood and sleep patterns.

Skin Aging

Our skin is the largest organ of the body. It has many functions, other than covering our bodies and protecting us from the harsh environment. Our skin is our barrier to the outside world, a temperature and blood pressure regulator. It is involved in the metabolism and fat storage, also in water and salt metabolism by perspiration. As you can see, our skin serves a much more important role than only being cosmetic, it is a passageway for health and medication, and it deserves to be treated right.

During our life, free radicals attack the surface of our skin causing oxidation that is just one of the many environmental damages: constant exposure to the sun and fast lifestyle leads to premature aging. In our 30s, the first signs of aging appear, elastin and collagen degrades, and skin regeneration is reducing which leads to dull complexion and uneven skin tone. In our 40s, all these signs become more significant. Also dark spots or liver spots caused by lipofuscin can appear as skin sensitivity increases. For our 50s, tension decrease becomes significant. Barrier lessens leading to slowing moisture retention.

What are our options to protect our skin? The best pathway is a natural solution. Like the anti-aging formulation from Doctor’s Choice®, the DMAE Restorative Cream. Its ingredients (DMAE, vitamin C ester, glycolic acid, alpha lipoic acid etc.) ensure that it improves skin tone and resilience, evens out minor imperfections, softens and eliminates fine lines and helps smooth acne and scar tissue. The best thing about the cream is that it really works and results are guaranteed. Appreciated by the many long term users and those working in the health food industry and the stars of Hollywood, DMAE Restorative Cream and HGH+ were included in the 2015 Oscar Swag bags. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYN4RCRGFb4 Also winning the National Nutrition award for Best Face Care product for 2017 and 2018.

Make Healthy Choices!

We all know how to read sign posts for warnings, and the signs are very clear today. There are choices in life; the question is the choices we make at the time of decision.

You probably have heard these things hundreds of times but the truth is if you are really looking for a magic solution, this may be the closest you can get. So here are some tips to get started on these changes:

  • You must become a label reader—learn the difference between refined sugars and natural organic cane sugar, regular honey and pure maple syrup and processed GMO foods and non-GMO or organic.
  • Drink plenty of pure water. Start your day with a squeezed organic lemon in water before breakfast.
  • Also consider the amount of food consumed per meal: do you eat like a wood cutter, and then sit behind a desk for 8 hours? Leave the table when you could still eat more.
  • Begin to exercise! Start small, but mostly start.
  • Watch for hidden dangers like aluminum in corn starch, deodorant, and cooking supplies. Also beware of radiation toxicity: throw out the microwave, and get a toaster oven. In addition unplug the WIFI from your sleeping quarters and incorporate copper as it helps reflect and shield against most wavelength radio frequency radiation and other EMF radiation as it absorbs radio and magnetic waves.
