On the heels of our last article ‘Drug Resistant Superbugs’, Canadian billionaire and owner of the Edmonton Oilers, Daryl Katz, spoke out about a life-threatening ‘bug’ relating to antibiotic resistance.

Antibiotic resistance is not new, but it’s changing, and becoming more aggressive than in the past. “The infections are highly contagious and easily transmitted from person to person” stated Jason Tetro. (1)

Antibiotics

Feedlot cattle are the most targeted in antibiotic use, primarily in feeds but occasionally through injections and implants. Approx. 15% of all cattle antibiotics are used in human medicine (MIA).

Currently, new regulations concerning antibiotics will soon be implemented in Canada. The most prevalent is the removal of their use by the farm, and will become available only through veterinarians to administer. While farmers fight this, as their costs will soar and many of them are highly responsible, the problem is, not all are, and the cost to human life is climbing. New methods of dealing with cattle infections and diseases that are effective and non-antibiotic are being researched. Currently, anyone using ‘medically important antibiotics’ (MIA: human use) must be under vet care. The crossover with MIA antibiotics is the link that they are most concerned about regarding resistance.

Commercial chicken rarely see the light of day or move around freely in large spaces, and therefore are more susceptible to disease. In Canada, their lives are moderately better and the use of antibiotics is controlled as opposed to gang fed. The writer cannot guarantee this anywhere else in the world.

Antibiotics have been used consistently in the pork industry for weight gain and feed efficiency. The WHO called for a stop to using antibiotics for animal growth.

Medicinal products like antibiotics are biologically active molecules built to control pathogenic bacteria in humans and animals, but very little is known about their effects, harm and interaction with the environment. Mixtures of antibiotics and their effects are still unknown.

Vaccines

Cattle receive ‘killed and live’ vaccines, including a 7-way which protects against seven different Clostridium diseases. In the UK, the FSA does not regard vaccination in meats to be an issue. In Canada, the cattle must clear 21 days for most vaccines. Like humans, cattle shed vaccines. We could not find any studies on the effects, if any, this has on human health, or whether it’s even been studied, and there is no surveillance at the National level. It’s currently believed that the disease of cattle is far more dangerous than the vaccine. Keeping cattle back until the vaccine is cleared is up to the farm.

Bovine material is used in the creation of human vaccines.

Hormones

Canada has little to no hormone-free commercial beef. It is believed that hormones occur naturally and therefore are harmless. Yet chicken hormones have been banned since 1963, with an upgrade ban in 2014.

Solution

Canada ranks as one of the top third percent for antibiotic use in livestock, higher than the US. There are many ways for humans to be inadvertently exposed to numerous products, through early release of drugged animals into the system left unchecked and other routes of exposure.

These scenarios lead us to wonder how deep the connection is to the increase in human conditions and diseases, and the rise in human resistance and resistant bacteria. As more people become ‘mysteriously’ affected, it is likely governments will jump in with research, as long as corporate pressure does not intervene, which we all know happens on a consistent basis.

Knowing the farmer and their farm practices is becoming more and more crucial to connect with. We sit on the edge of a potential disaster as bacteria grows more resistant daily.

We make mistakes when we look at the source of the problem as being the root of the problem. When we take Katz as an example, although his sinuses are the stress point, it is the symptom of a much larger issue: compromised immune system (gut and intestinal). Prevention and recovery and for a more natural solution based on taking Doctor’s Choice® Immunity Protocol and Antibiotic Resistance. (This protocol is recommended to be taken with the Digestion Protocol and only with Doctor’s Choice products)

Thymus Gland : from New Zealand ovine: Helps to maintain the immune function. Helps to produce T cells in the body which are infection fighters. According to clinical studies, can benefit those who are immunocompromised (HIV, MS, cancer). Has demonstrated the ability to dramatically reverse thymic atrophy and restore levels of immunity to much more youthful levels. In addition to being among the most effective immune-enhancing agents known, thymic extracts and thymic hormones are among the few agents that are documented to extend the life span of experimental animals. Therapeutic dosages range between 200 mg and 800 mg per day, please consult your health care practitioner. Thymus Gland: Three capsules three times per day taken with food.

L-Glycine: Helps to balance both insulin and glycogen levels and to stabilize blood sugar levels in the bloodstream. Utilized in the synthesis of hemoglobin and required by the body for maintaining the nervous system. Essential in muscle development. According to clinical studies Muscle spasticity; glycine is reduced by 30% in the spinal cord affecting nerve impulses. L-Glycine: Three capsules three times per day taken on an empty stomach.

Colloidal Silver: Doctor’s Choice Colloidal Silver will effectively support the immune system in a very unique way. Being 20 ppm electrically charged and Colloidal Silver 8X homeopathically charged, two separate pathways for immune defense. According to clinical studies, effective for multiple drug resistant pathogens and superbugs. Colloidal Silver: Spray 0.5ml by mouth and or nostrils three to four times daily.

In addition, this Colloidal Silver is made without heavy metal accumulation, the same can’t be said about non-homeopathic solutions. Another very important difference is in the production, we do not use nanoparticles. Nanoparticles are thought to neutralize pathogens by restricting oxygen but they can also destroy friendly gut bacteria, like antibiotics do, but no one is talking about this. Nanoparticles cause clustering; several clinical studies prove that silver nanoparticles may cause clustering within the lungs resulting in lung cancer.

LAKTOKHAN Probiotic Complex: To help re-establish the damages created from antibiotic misuse. 10 Billion CFU’s, (colony forming units). Human origin strains remain within intestine and can survive the intestinal acid and bile, unlike other probiotic brands. All strains are clinically proven and scientifically tested. Laktokhan is vegan product and 100% dairy free. Prebiotic Inulin does not feed the bad bacteria unlike fructooligosaccharides (FOSS). Shelf stable and blister packed, eliminating oxidation. According to clinical studies, also helps immunity, mood disorders, and mental health. LAKTOKHAN Probiotic Complex: One capsule twice daily with meal.

Why Doctor’s Choice? In reality the health industry today is mainly associated with food, and when started it was associated with food supplements, this is no longer the case as most suppliers don’t source from plant based material instead from feed quality synthetic based raw materials. And as far as I know Doctor’s Choice is the only nutraceutical company producing therapeutic medicines sourcing from USP pharmaceutical grade raw material and formulated for cellular absorption. A simple website comparison with any other brand clearly shows both directions. With this in mind people like Katz and others have no idea a company like Doctor’s Choice even exists as they are all grouped into the same lot. This is why the population seeks drug induced treatments because they don’t know there are natural alternatives available and why Doctor’s Choice constantly emphasises their platform and placement in the healthcare industry.
